Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ya999 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any outstanding bets, and retain any balance pending investigation of potential fraud or bonus abuse.

The primary transactional currency on ya999 is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Deposits made in alternative currencies may be subject to conversion at prevailing rates. ya999 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred during currency conversion.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. ya999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits via their Account dashboard as part of ya999's responsible gaming tools.
All funds deposited into your ya999 Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party funding — where a deposit is made from an account, card, or wallet belonging to another individual — is strictly prohibited and may trigger an AML investigation, Account suspension, and withholding of funds.
ya999 does not charge fees on deposits processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or local bank transfer. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ya999 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have successfully completed the ya999 KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. ya999 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods where the original deposit method cannot facilitate a return payment. Withdrawals to Pakistani bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed directly in PKR.
ya999 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where payment provider timelines apply. ya999 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month. Current limits are displayed within the Account withdrawal section. ya999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
Bonus Credits and winnings generated from Bonus Credits are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings.

All sports bets placed on ya999 are accepted subject to the applicable sportsbook rules for the relevant sport and market. ya999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical failures, incomplete events, or where bet acceptance was made in error. Casino and slot games on ya999 are provided by licensed third-party software developers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. ya999 is not responsible for software failures attributable to third-party game providers, though it will endeavour to resolve disputes with providers on behalf of Players where applicable.
ya999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. This includes bets placed at erroneous odds, bets that exceed stated market limits, or bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting is not offered for that market.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, or account transaction, Players must notify ya999 customer support via live chat within seven (7) days of the event in question. ya999 will investigate disputes and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of ya999 is final in all betting disputes subject to applicable regulatory review rights.

Where ya999's liability cannot be excluded by law, its total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arose.
ya999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
